Viniyoga is for all ages and lifestyles!  Starting April 24 Breathe, Stretch, Restore classes! 


Our Breathe, Stretch, Restore classes are ideal for seniors, injury recovery, expectant mothers and people returning to yoga after a long absence.  These classes will be offered during our regular six week session schedule without any additional price changes.

Group classes are taught in 6 week sessions. Individual private instruction is also available. New students please enroll in the Introduction to Viniyoga 1 Course.  Experienced Students may take the levels where they feel most proficient.  Students must enroll before the end of the second week of each session.  Attendance once a week is necessary.  A student may repeat a lesson as many times as desired during that week.

We teach Viniyoga which is a more practical and much safer approach to taking hatha yoga.  This is considered age appropriate yoga meaning that any adaptations or modifications are designed specifically for your practice. 


We have 7 levels of instruction from Beginner to Graduate to allow students to learn step by step how to develop their yoga practice safely and with confidence. 


We also provide weekly lesson sheets to encourage our students to sharpen their skills through consistent regular home practice.


We offer classes, courses, retreats and workshops that shed light on interpreting and incorporating the nature of yoga with all other aspects of life. We welcome your questions, feedback and insights as we all progress.
