Cindy Cascio is a certified Reiki Practitioner in the Reiki Method Of Natural Healing.  She is also a certified Life Coach who specializes in using complementary and alternative modalities in her coaching sessions, such as Reiki.  Taking the holistic approach one step further, she is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer therefore incorporating a mind, body and spirit approach to all she does.

"Reiki is a Japanese technique which assists in stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing.  Reiki is the universal life force that is in people, plants and animals.  The word Reiki is comprised of two Japanese words - "Rei" which means Higher Power and "Ki" which means life force. 

Most clients experience a glowing radiance that flows through and around them.  Some experience warmth, tingling or a relaxing floating sensation, however, everyone's experience is slightly different depending on the individual and there is no right or wrong experience.  Reiki is a very holistic modality treating the body, emotions and spirit that can create many beneficial effects that include relaxation, a peaceful feeling, serenity and overall well being. 

Sessions range anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour depending on the vibrational shifts and any blockages you may be experiencing.  The sessions are $60.00 per session.  Please contact Cindy at 832-995-9995 to set up a session or for any questions you may have.

The basis of our unique practice is Viniyoga which is a more practical and much safer approach to taking hatha yoga, including dynamic as well as static postures while integrating the essential principles of breathing with the movements. 

We teach age appropriate yoga meaning we protectively fit the yoga to you, not you to the yoga.  Any adaptations or modifications are designed specifically for your practice. 

We have 7 levels of instruction from Beginner to Graduate to allow students to learn step by step how to develop their yoga practice safely and with confidence. 

We also provide weekly lesson sheets to encourage our students to sharpen their skills through consistent regular home practice.

We offer classes, courses, and workshops that shed light on the interpreting and incorporating the nature of yoga with all other aspects of life. We welcome your questions, feedback and insights as we all progress.

We wish to express our deepest gratitude to all of our students, past and present who, due to their love of yoga have allowed us to share this knowledge in the Spring area for over 15 years!
