Free Introductory Yoga Lecture

Free Introductory Lectures On Yoga are offered weekly, discussing the techniques of Hatha and Raja Yoga which are taught at the studio.   During the 45 minute lecture we give a complete orientation of our classes  which allows potential students to make an informed decision before enrolling.  These lectures will be offered on the following days:

Our purpose is to help bring the subtle balance between mind and body through the practice of traditional classical Indian Hatha and Raja Yoga.  Hatha Yoga consists of asanas (postures) with breathing and relaxation techniques. Raja Yoga is a combination of meditation, class discussion and short lectures.  This allows the student a more complete understanding of the practice.  We encourage students to develop their practice at home by distributing weekly lessons.
